KSM Web Design grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the web templates sold on our site in accordance with the following terms and conditions. You are authorized to make any modifications to our products as you see fit unless you are a current client of ours and control of the website was granted to us. You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a CD, Hard Drive, storage device, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from KSM Web Design. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified without prior written consent from KSM Web Design.
All website template purchases are sold as is. We do not issue refunds for products and service. Custom websites designed for you must be accepted and approved by you at the time of purchase. Once the custom site is acceptable to you and a bill of sale is signed, ownership of the website is transfered to you.
Any personal or company information we recieve via email is kept confidential. We pride ourselves on keeping our clients best interests at heart and will not give out your personal information for any reason without your permission.
